Q: How will we locate your driver after the flight arrives?
A: Your Driver will be waiting as you exit customs with a name board. You will have been given a contact phone number and in the unlikely event he is not there you can contact him on his mobile phone.
Q: What happens if my flight is delayed or diverted?
A: We will monitor all incoming flights and will take the appropriate action to ensure wherever you land a driver will be waiting for you.
Q: How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
A: The driver will wait at least 1 hour before making enquiries as to your whereabouts. I would strongly recommend that if you are delayed due to immigration or baggage problems you give your driver or our office a call. The driver will not leave the terminal until such time has passed that it would be improbable you would have been on the flight.
Q: How do I Pay?
A: We accept all major credit cards or you can pay the driver cash in UK Pounds.
Q: How long is the journey to central London?
A: From Hatfield it will take between 45 minutes and 2 hours depending on traffic and the time of day.
Q: Are you in contact with the driver at all times?
A: Yes drivers have mobile telephones, and our cars are fitted with GPS based PDAs.
Q: Do we only do airport trips?
A: No we do anything from sporting events, London shows and restaurants to sightseeing tours.
Q: Can you make a suggestion about local hotels?
A: Email us your enquiries and we will help all we can.
Q: We are bringing a large party of people for a conference. Can you cope?
A: Yes any number of vehicles can be supplied going to any number of destinations.
Q: Does London Traffic affect my quoted price?
A: All of our taxis are fitted with meters, and congestion charges apply to certain areas/certain times (current levels being £8.00), which will be added to all quoted or metered journeys.
